New features, New schools

Tassl v1.3 was released today, with it brings support for a number of new schools and some new features. First, you now have the ability to change both your term and your school, so you can actually have multiple schedules if you have more than one school. (Or, if your school is not supported yet, you can check out Tassl without being stuck at the "not supported" screen!)

Also, the course add/remove dialog was changed around based upon user feedback to be much more streamlined and easy to use.

Most importantly, though, Tassl now has support for 10 universities!
  • Cornell
  • Berkeley
  • Stanford
  • City College of San Francisco
  • San Francisco State University
  • Georgetown University
  • University of Virginia
  • Virginia Commonwealth University
  • Rice University
  • Monmouth University
Many more to come soon!

Tassl goes live

Well, after more than a month in development, Tassl has gone live for Cornell students to manage their course schedule. This is just the beginning of a long road, though. The ultimate goal for Tassl is to fundamentally re-invent all aspects of e-learning by leveraging the Facebook platform, one student, one class, one university at a time.

It's up at http://tassl.com, though right now Cornell is the only supported university. More coming soon!
